Excellent service, Mike was phenomenal. Comprehensive and helpful.Updated Review:My experience with Lifetime’s Comfort Club membership left me questioning both the thoroughness of their maintenance checks and the value of the membership. When I raised a heating concern after a maintenance visit, I could not get a clear explanation of what had been checked or how they would investigate it. Over ten days, I sent multiple follow-ups and requested a service manager’s help. Responses were slow and repeatedly focused on an earlier repair estimate rather than the concern I was asking about.I was left without a clear explanation, diagnostic plan, or answer about follow-up coverage. I spent more time chasing answers than receiving useful support. The membership provided no meaningful value when I needed help. Based on this experience, I would not recommend it.

We just had our second mini split heating and cooling system put in today by Lifetime. Our first was about 7 years ago. And then just like now they handled the whole thing from our first conversation on the phone letting them know we wanted to purchase a second system from them to the installation they were great. I am a satisfied repeat customer and would recommend them to anyone who has heating, cooling, plumbing or electrical needs.

17:58 01 Oct 26

Robert installed a sink and faucet for us and did great work at a reasonable price. Recommend him for plumbing needs.

16:44 01 Oct 26

Mike Underwood (service tech) was very thorough and explained what all he was doing.

22:00 30 Sep 26

While the front office staff is pleasant and competent, the rest of the house is a mess. It has 2 techs that actually seem to know anything ( Emilio and Conrad) . Installers can't even define correct airhandler behavior, let alone program it. Rudy the office mgr blew off further contact with me once it became clear he couldn't address the installation issues ( after a $23,000 install of everything they recommended) without significant additional effort that he clearly didn't want to pursue. Rather than recognizing the inconvenience he was causing me after months, he seemed to feel it was ok to consider me a pain for expecting a functioning system with reasonable sound levels. They have no after hours or emergency service, although they do have a tech that will come and render your air handler non functional on Friday afternoon and lecture you that there is no such thing as a heating system emergency...so if that is what you want when your system fails? This is the company for you!

01:25 30 Sep 26

Robert, the plumber did an excellent job repiping our whole house and installing a filtration system. He’s really personable and great at his job. My husband was so happy not to have to crawl under the house for this project

22:21 28 Sep 26

We have used them a couple of times and have always had good service. They are great at communicating and keep us in touch when they will be here or when we need to order parts.

21:16 23 Sep 26

Emilio was very professional and so what his completed project. I will probably be asking for him again.

03:17 19 Sep 26

Cari serviced my mini split , she was knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Always a good experience from booking the appt to service. Highly recommend Lifetime!

19:41 17 Sep 26

Lifetime is an outstanding company. Lowest estimate even though we selected the highest quality equipment! Personnel is very pleasant and responsive, quite professional, and eager to meet the customer’s needs. Loved the experience with them. Don’t buy a furnace, heat pump or water heater without getting an estimate from them first! I haven’t tried them for my plumbing or electrical needs yet, but I most certainly will when the time comes.

13:45 17 Sep 26

From the phone call to make an appointment to the final installment of my hot water tank, everything and everyone was great!! Showed up on time. Did the work quickly. Answered all my questions. I will definitely use them again.

21:21 01 Sep 26

Lifetime installed our furnace a few years ago, making them an easy choice when we needed a new water heater. Robert Schauman was very knowledgeable and made the process a breeze- suggesting the best model to get, explaining how they work. I also appreciated him showing up early with notice, for both the quote and installation. Working with Bailie and Renee from the office was also very easy, to set up financing.

13:52 28 Aug 26

Robert Schauman Did an amazing job from initial estimate validation, extremely competitive quote and quick, thorough work. Professional and very hard worker with a lot of attention to detail. Lifetime did great and Robert as well as their administrative team earned a long term customer.

14:57 23 Jul 26

We had great service from the beginning to the end. Very professional and kept on top of all appointments and letting us know when and how the work would be done. We could not be happier. I just want to add that we were so happy with our furnace install that we had them back to install an AC unit for us. They did a wonderful job on the install and were as pleasant and wonderful as when they did the furnace. So helpful on explaining how to run and take care of ethe system. We have decided to go ahead and get the maintenance contract to care for the system going forward. We look forward to a cool and wonderful summer! Thank you guys for taking such good care of us! Today had them out to check thermostat after power outage. They were on time, professional and did a great job of showing me what I need to do if it happens again. Also had them install a surge protector to protect our furnace if we have a power surge. Great job guys!

20:52 22 Jul 26

Tony (HVAC Tech) is a real gem! He came to our house for a scheduled maintenance check up & he was professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and has the best eyebrows!;)

16:57 22 Jul 26

Technician arrived early, concurred with diagnosis on thermostat, put together estimate quickly and after approval of estimate advised that he would return to install new thermostat once it arrives and mutual time for install is confirmed . Excellent service.

15:50 12 Jul 26

16:44 09 Jul 26

Of the several companies I've hired over the years for my ductless maintenance, Lifetime was the ONLY one that did a thorough job, educated me on what needed to be done, and followed through with phone calls and photos. I honestly could not be more pleased. This is how it should be!

18:47 06 Jul 26

What a nightmare. Lifetime Heating did faulty work replacing a gas fireplace. The service people were awful, it was not properly permitted as promised, the installation is very clearly faulty. They’ve made absolutely no attempt to remedy the situation. Plus all the Insulation was removed and never replaced so it’s very cold and drafty now. It sounds like a lot of fake reviews on here so be warned.*yes, this is the correct company.

04:48 02 Jul 26

Great customer service from the entire staff. Professional and personable.Mike provided knowledgeable HVAC service and quickly implemented solution.Thank you Lifetime!

Thank you, Raphael!Trevor was here today servicing our a/c for the summer. He was thorough, gave us a report explaining what he did, and respectful of our property. Thank you, Trevor!

23:17 16 Jun 26

I hired Lifetime after my Trane AC (installed 2021) started tripping. Paid multiple diagnosis fees with no resolution. In 2024 they replaced the TXV but never assessed whether the prolonged TXV failure had damaged the compressor — which is standard practice after such a repair. After the TXV replacement I reported the same symptoms again. Techs came out, found nothing, cleared the system. I was also enrolled in and paying their monthly maintenance program during this entire period. On the third visit they finally diagnosed a failed compressor — and their own technician's written report states the TXV failure damaged the compressor. The warranty is valid through July 16.Despite this, both the manager and owner denied warranty coverage and are comfortable with me filing complaints — so that's exactly what I'm doing with Washington State L&I, the Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division, the BBB, and Trane corporate directly. If you're a homeowner considering their maintenance program, ask specifically what they document and check on every visit. I paid monthly fees expecting my system to be monitored — a developing compressor failure went undetected across multiple visits.

22:13 14 May 26

We would absolutely use Lifetime again for plumbing issues, and shout-out again in particular to Loren!

19:54 18 Mar 26

My duct and dryer vent cleaning was completed by Jesse Weddell today, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The service was performed thoroughly, very respectfully and Jesse was very knowledgeable about the product, service and how to keep my HVAC and ducting systems in the best shape. Please - can we have more techs like Jesse, and easy to schedule and work with companies like Lifetime.

01:56 17 Mar 26

Dryer vent service and maintenance:We have a stackable W/D in a hallway closet on the second floor. The dryer gets hot, gives error codes and shuts off. We have had it serviced in the past but after today, I know we had the laziest, most unqualified, technicians just going through the motions.Today’s experience was much different. Our technician, Jesse, was polite, organized, prepared, thorough and confident in his tasks. He reviewed our complaints and explained his plans to assess the situation. Jesse kept us informed of his findings along the way, gave us recommendations and explained WHY in layman’s terms. He even had photos to show us the vents on the roof. Jesse was efficient, cleaned up after his work and was very personable, an absolute pleasure, which is so refreshing, and unfortunately rare these days.If you have any heating, cooling, ventilation, duct work, or DRYER issues, call this company and ask for Jesse 🙌🏼

13:36 13 Mar 26

Jesse did a great job. VERY knowledgeable and did a good job of explaining things. I appreciate that a lot.I've had a fair amount of work done by Lifetime and all the guys have been very personable and do good work! Jesse, so far, goes to the head of the class. He's a wonderful asset to your company!

20:53 12 Mar 26

Rob came in originally to install stove venting when we found out that there was an original venting that was in the house but built into the wall but was blocked due to hood vent cover opening and blocking the vent from being fully utilized. From a $3k job (plus $400 permit), we ended up paying ~$ 700 (permit was non-refundable) and saved a few hours of unnecessary new vent work. The vent is now quieter and gas is now exiting the house. Very good work and friendly individual.

00:45 11 Mar 26

Jesse was excellent. Clear, thoughtful, and professional. Very competent with both the work and the client communication/service.

14:53 06 Mar 26

We recently moved to the area and wanted to get a full assessment of the HVAC system done, get our ducts cleaned, along with servicing the AC unit and furnace. After looking at three service providers we selected LIFETIME Heating + Cooling + Electric. Jesse Waddel was our Service Technician. He was thorough, professional, considerate of our needs and he took the time to educate us about the equipment that came with this home. I will definitely keep LIFETIME on my short list of Service Providers and I will ask for Jesse.

Jesse Waddell was my technician today. He was punctual and introduced himself. He appeared to be very through with his maintenance assessment and asked if there was any other concerns that we had. He answered all of my questions, it was a pleasant meeting. Mike...

05:43 03 Mar 26

Been using lifetime for over 4 years now! We’ve used them for regular maintenance of our systems, cleanings of mini splits, and dryer vent cleanings. Every time they come out the technicians are so kind and helpful. Jesse recently came to do our regular maintenance. He was early (with permission of course), quick, friendly, and even helped walk me through how to replace my filters more regularly which was great! Also, shoutout to Callie at the front desk! These people are just GOOD PEOPLE. They genuinely care about our family and their clients and we will use them for life!

23:23 02 Mar 26

Worked with Lifetime to replace heating system with a heatpump. I got six different quotes for the work and the Lifetime team was responsive and beat all of the other quotes. They also offer an annual maintenance plan so I get the maximum life out of the investment.Update on annual maintenance, Hugo did a great job. Everything is working well after 3 years.Jesse tackled a filtration upgrade and lifetime continues to provide great service.

16:51 02 Mar 26

Jesse Waddell was prompt in his arrival, polite and educational through the maintenance process. I learned better ways to care for my system and was able to have friendly dialogue while getting a basic understanding of what is going on under the hood of my furnace as he went thru the different components. Great experience!

I’m very happy with my experience and will definitely be using them again!

03:21 20 Feb 26

Hugo was fantastic. Quickly fixed the symptom but then also stayed to investigate and resolve root cause. Even showed me how to fix it again myself if same issue occurs in the future. Quick, efficient, and THOROUGH. Lifetime now has my business for all my HVAC needs.Returning customer now: Adding a shoutout to Zac and Alec! They installed a secondary return to our furnace and rerouted the primary (as the builder had installed the primary incorrectly). Our heating worked but the furnace was extremely loud to the point that you had to double the tv volume any time the unit kicked on. It’s whisper-quiet now and the whole house actually heats more evenly and efficiently. Thrilled with the service and professionalism. Lifetime now has my business for any service they offer.

21:05 19 Feb 26

Nice job! Jesse was on time, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Thanks!

01:52 19 Feb 26

Mike was a very pleasant guy and very knowledgeable and he taught me a lot while he was here and showed me everything he was doing. I really appreciate it and thank you.
