“I left a longer and more detailed review on Google. The basics of the review are that Lifetime were great to work with for installing a ductless ceiling cassette in my home. It starts with the rep Justin that came to our home when we requested a quote. Justin was respectful, honest, and transparent to my wife and I. This wasn't the case with all the reps that stopped by to give quotes for this work. Justin's professionalism and the competetive quote he gave for the work is what motivated us to choose Lifetime. The work performed by the field techs from Lifetime was great. The guys were respectful and took the time to keep me informed on every step since I asked. The guys I specifically want to call out are Pat, Felix, Eryn, Adrian, Jordan, and Jaeden. That might seem like a lot of field techs to work on one project but this is not the case. Two were electricians for wiring up the new ductless unit and the rest were sent out when I had questions or concerns with how things were done. These guys were patient and showed me what was causing the issues I had concerns with and all of these problems were a direct result of the shoddy quality of work from an outfit a year earlier that installed two ductless heads and a condenser. Finally I want to call out their coordinator Renee. She was awesome to work with as well. She took the time to hear my concerns, schedule guys for return trips, and ask guys from the field for their opinions on the concerns I brought up. This whole team was awesome to work with. The end result was a great ceiling cassette installed in my son's bedroom that kept his room cool in the summer, warm in the winter, and the poor quality of work from a different outfit the year prior cleaned up/corrected. We will definitely be coming back to Lifetime for maintenance on our system and any future projects we have in our home.”
