Maintenance Plan FAQs
How often should my HVAC system be serviced?
Regular maintenance is essential for keeping your system running efficiently. We recommend scheduling professional HVAC maintenance twice a year—once in the spring for cooling and once in the fall for heating—to prepare for peak seasonal demand.
How often should I change my air filters?
Most homes benefit from replacing HVAC filters every 1–3 months. Homes with pets, smokers, or higher dust levels may require more frequent changes. We can recommend a filter replacement schedule based on your equipment and indoor environment.
How can regular maintenance improve my system's energy efficiency?
Routine maintenance plays a major role in optimizing energy efficiency:
- Ensuring clean coils and components for better airflow.
- Checking and adjusting system settings for proper performance.
- Identifying worn parts before they affect efficiency.
- Cleaning or replacing filters to prevent restricted airflow.
These steps help your system run smoothly, reduce strain on equipment, and lower energy costs.
Can maintenance help extend the life of my HVAC system?
Yes. Consistent maintenance reduces wear and tear, catches minor issues early, and ensures your system operates under optimal conditions—all of which can help extend the lifespan of your HVAC equipment.
What are the benefits of enrolling in a maintenance plan?

- Priority scheduling for service calls.
- Discounts on repairs and additional services.
- Regular tune-ups to ensure year-round comfort.
