Just had the best service experience with Lifetime. We had a buzzing coming from the furnace so we called Lifetime to see if they could come check it out. Alex was extremely helpful and got us scheduled same day. Mike came and checked it out, diagnosed the problem very quickly, provided me with options and was great to work with. He was very neat and clean and his workspace was very tidy. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend. Also, before he arrived I got an email saying he was on his way with his picture in it. When I opened the door Mike was in uniform and looked just like his picture. I felt very safe.

I had purchased a furnance and heat pump from another company and had nothing but issues with repairs, communication, no heat at times and them deciding 1/2 way through my warranty that they no longer were going to service my area. I reached out to Lifetime Heating and Cooling and I cannot say enough good stuff about this company. They sent Mike Underwood out to do my repairs (3xs he came out to my house). He is absolutely AMAZING!!!! He kept me informed on every step of repairs and on all costs. I will specifically try to request him for all other repairs or just maintenance checkups in the future. Lifetime you are lucky to have such a great technician like Mike working for you. I also want to mention the 2 electricians that came out (sorry forgot your names) very, very nice and Callie in the office(super sweet). I highly recommend Lifetime as they do amazing work, fair prices, and employee are great honest people.

We first came across Lifetime at the Monroe Home Show after talking to them with our daughter about having A/C installed in her house. The two men were very informative and actually remembered us and our daughter (very impressed). Early today we had Lifetimes Fireplace expert come over to the house to do a long needed maintenance inspection. He was very professional and easy to talk to, he went on to explain what the issue was (common issue apparently) and placed the order for the part. Hopefully they’ll be able to help out our daughter this spring.

Furnace sequencer was not working correctly due to wrong part from previous home install. Mike Underwood from Lifetime was able to order correct part and was able to install next day, which just happened to be Christmas Eve! Mike Underwood was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will use Lifetime Heating again.

Review Editing 12/29/2025:The heat pump / gas furnace Carrier product was installed 5 months ago and after getting the cooling issues we thought resolved we then had the heat pump stop working a month into colder weather. Mike came out and did due dilligence calling Carrier etc to get exact install/service specs to see why it was throwing codes. A month after getting the heating up and running again it has turned off again. Mike came out and got Carrier involved and they decided to replace the whole heat pump due to how much has been going on. So they do get "5 star" for their responsiveness as a company and their desire to "make things right" however we have yet to have an (expensive) purchase work consistently. That's the low star. There seems to have been incorrectly wired initially, then maybe a refrigerant leak etc. So maybe we just got a faulty unit. (but also, one installer and tech said it had to be wired a certain way to run as a variable unit and Mike did confirm that was incorrect per Carrier and fixed the wiring). The company is working on making it right and time will tell if putting a new unit in fixes the issue. I will update this review down the road when all has happened and months have passed to see if it's working. Lifetime has always responded quickly to the issues arising....just dont love that we are having so many issues on a brand new install job.August 2025 review:We were satisfied with our sales rep Justin and he was helpful in clearing up confusion about our heat pump /back up gas furnace they installed end of July (the Carrier one we purchased had multiple ways it could be set up depending on house set up). The few concerns we had were addressed promptly and we were really happy with Devon’s hard work to make sure everything was running the way it was supposed to. We definitely will be specifically requesting Devon for our ongoing maintenance (if that’s allowed to request a specific tech haha).

Had new heat pump installed, with location change requiring new electrical and refrigeration lines run. Great experience with lifetime from initial bid process through installation! Fair pricing, and great follow up was impressive. Their technicians were not only thorough but a pleasure. They explained everything as needed, very efficient, and very respectful of property both inside and out! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services.

We were referred to Tony at Lifetime Heating by our neighbor across the street, and have been very happy with the service he has provided. He came out to troubleshoot an inoperable system that had been poorly installed by a different company a couple years ago. He diligently persisted until the problem was identified and resolved. Mike Underwood @ Lifetime HVAC serviced our system again. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. Last year he discovered the other Company system installers had failed to properly adjust the propane pressure after conversion from natural gas.Also, renewed the annual contract and set up a change to complimentary filters to the existing properly fitting and better MERV 11 that we prefer.The company 6 months ago replaced our worn out and leaking underhouse flexible ducts with solid galvanized ducts. Now better flow and no rodents. Excellent job.Very impressed with company and highly recommend them.

Added review: I was having issue with the thermostat and Lifetime sent the technician Devon on 10/14/25. Devon arrived on time, was knowledgeable and courteous. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue in no time, and now I have comfortable temperature at home. Thank you Devon.Original review: I needed a heat pump replacement at my house and I had 3 companies provided quotes. I chose Lifetime and I am so glad I did. The consultant Luis arrived on time, was very professional, knowledgeable, and understanding of my needs. He did not try to upsale, and he answered multiple questions I had on texts after the visit. They were able to accommodate my situation of no working HVAC and started the work day after I signed the contract. The installers Cory and Felix were very pleasant, courteous and professional, they kept me informed of the progress, they made sure everything was up and running and the setup meets the codes, and they cleaned up after themselves. I had multiple questions on billing, warranty, permit, and maintenance, and their office staff Alex and Renee were knowlegable, courteous, and very patient with me. I'm so impressed with Lifetime's staff and service that I signed up with their Diamond Club maintenance plan. I highly recommend Lifetime. I know I will call Lifetime if I ever have any need for other services they also provide.

Mike came to do a diagnostic check on my furnace and to replace my thermostat. He arrived on time and determined what needed to be done with the furnace. We've had a nightmare experience with this company. Since day one install the ducted AC shuts off power randomly. We have had them come out multiple times over the past the years and have gotten everything from lip service to we don't know what's wrong and you'll just have suffer in 90+ degree heat even though you paid 50k for air conditioning. We finally thought we had it solved with a new part a few weeks ago. But sadly, no. Same power off issue is happening. As for the mini splits on our second level, they have been even WORSE. So many different issues and super bad leaks, even the DAY after a supposed repair. We now have to replace the carpet, floorboards, and baseboards in 3 bedrooms. Plus the master unit never cools below 75 degrees. There's way more to the story but that's the summary. Stay far far away. These guys don't care (though they will pretend they do and take your money for repairs) and will leave you over a long weekend with no AC in 100+ degree weather after they take your money and run.

Mike Underwood came on short notice to give me a second opinion on my furnace. Another company had suggested to me that it was faulty. Mike was very thorough and what stood out to me, was that he took the time to explain to me everything he was doing including what the output of his tools were suggesting. I felt very reassured about my understanding of the state of my system and even learned a little about HVAC. Lifetime Heating is a company I would wholeheartedly recommend.

I don't know if there are enough positive adjectives to describe our experience with Lifetime Heating. We got 4 bids to replace our 20 year old furnace and air-conditioning system. We also knew that our upstairs bonus room was always hotter or colder than downstairs. We wanted that fixed, but were not sure how to go about it. All 4 bids were very close but the differences were in how they tackled the heat situation between the two floors. Clint our salesperson, was very creative and had the best solution. He was very patient, and answered all our questions, and we had many. His quick response to us as well as his creativeness was impressive and appreciated. The installation was a two day process. Pat and Jovani were our installers. They were great. Any questions, they took the time to explain. They were very pleasant as well as accommodating while working in our home. At the end, they could tell we were a little unhappy about the thermostat. The next day, we got a call that they were going to change the thermostat. Two days later, Mike came out with a different one that we like much better. Mike was equally as gracious as everyone else we had worked with. He helped my husband program the thermostat on his cell phone. It is obvious that at Lifetime Heating, customer service is important and that is not always the case in many businesses today. Lifetime Heating has a great product, superb service, and a great price. We definitely feel as if our business was appreciated.

Update* Update** Update***Had our local Lifetime tech Hugo come out and successfully diagnose an intermittent issue with our furnace, a failing blower motor and control board. Due to testing this unfortunately propagated the issue and left our home without AC or Heat for a couple days while parts were ordered. Normally not a big deal but with a 3 week and 18 month old in the home we needed to get our system back up and running quick! The Lifetime office not only expedited the parts but was also able to talk to another customer who graciously moved their appointment time so we could have our repairs done before the heat. Hugo was able to make the repairs quick and get us back up and running. Our family cannot say enough good things about Lifetime. Top notch work and customer service!Quoting appointment was on time and Loren was very informative and personable!Update*Had our A/C installed yesterday! Hugo, Angel, and the rest of the install team did an absolutely fantastic job. They were very communicative through the whole process. Very polite and careful in and around our home. Brandon and Cameron did a great job fixing our outlet issue! They certainly know their stuff, both the codebook and their field, and we couldn't be happier with their work. Very pleased with Lifetime. They came out quickly. Tony diagnosed our problem with the AC and recommended a fix. Juan followed up a few days later with options to meet our budget. Lifetime offered no interest financing and we qualified. Juan returned a couple of days later with the parts and we are again comfortable at 72 degrees. Tony Long was awesome! Did diagnostics on my air conditioning and explained and showed me everything he was checking. Best technician I have had out here! Very smart, kind and funny. And great bushy eyebrows🤣 I will be requesting him again when I need work done on my furnace or air conditioning with Lifetime Heating and Cooling.

Scott fixed our furnace that had been out for two weeks. We were told by a previous repair service that we needed a part that was being shipped. Two weeks without heat. Scott flipped a switch and the furnace turned right on..and has been working fine.Thank you Scott, for your good work, we are enjoying the warmth. Scott came to retest all former electrical concerns? on a warranty furance, wherein which another company told me I needed to replace the entire furnances circuit board which would take 3 weeks to get in. Everything checked out fine and then Scott restarted my furnace which kicked on the thermostat. I have heat again!

We went with Lifetime Heating and cooling for our heating and ac needs. The staff was amazing! They were kind, professional,knowledgeable and were able to install an ac/heat pump and furnace in a day! The office staff even provided a gift basket full of goodies. Thank you to Justin as well for taking the time to come out and explain everything! I went with the company based on my experience with Justin and the info he provided and I am so glad I did! I would give this company 10 stars out of 5 as they exceeded my expectations!
