“Overall I am very satisfied, now that our system is working as it should have at initial install on 3/5. I have nothing but good things to say about Juan Paredes and his attention to details to get our system working as it should have with the initial installation. It has been a frustrating week for us with the original install not being completed as it should have been. The whole system quit working on us the first night, the tech that came out the next day said it was a control board and shut the system down completely and left us with space heaters. Juan was the 3rd person to come out on Friday with the new control board that actually was not an issue. He got us going for the weekend and came back on Monday to check on the system. He found a couple of other issues from the initial install (a part was not placed that should have been to control the coolant and the copper tubing installed at the furnace was kinked and should not have been. Juan fixed everything today and cleaned up some of the workmanship that was just not good.”
