“I contacted Lifetime heating and air to fix a smoke/Co2 detector . Jason was dispatched to my town home , but because I I had my phone ringer off phone ringer off he couldn't contact to locate my place and after trying desperately to my place and trying to contact me to no avail headed back to base . I finally got to my phone and contacted Jason midway on his drive back and graciously turned around and found me . He was very understanding and patient and quickly diagnosed the issue and offered solutions . Overall my experience with Lifetime Heating was very positive and professional from both the dispatcher to Jason the technician .”
