His professionalism and thorough knowledge of plumbing is displayed when Ricky is working by himself or mentoring a new plumber trainee. My stepson, when inspecting the installation of the Flo by Moen, said Ricky’s work was top quality. Ricky always arrives on time with a smile on his face and works hard to make sure his clients are pleased when he leaves.”

“Mike Underwood did a regular maintenance service on my furnace and heat pump 1/15/2025. My experience, as usual, with Lifetime is excellent. Mike ran his tests, inspections and answered questions. My system was installed brand new in 2024. Lifetime has also done plumbing work for me. As other members of the team Mike is another one you can rest assured him around your home. Thanks Mike!”
“This company is number 1 for quality service. My home's heat pump/furnace went out the day before and I waited the whole day for another company to call–they promised twice and never did. But Lifetime texted me this morning and said they could send a tech between 1 and 3. Mike Underwood showed up around 2:45 and he was friendly and it was nice to have a capable pro fixing the furnace. In the end the system is in even better shape than before–Mike noted that the pump was set up for two-stage operation, but should have been set up for variable operation. This will save me even more bucks in the future as the pump had ten years of errors because of turning on only on two stages. Mike and Lifetime are great. Do not hesitate to call them.”
