Let’s just start off with a big shout out to Tony L. Tony has come to check our electrical woes to our newly installed HVAC system and also came to help when we had issues with our coil two months later. Tony is not only professional, endowed with fantastic shaped eye brows, but he is also friendly and a great conversationalist. The moment I knew Tony was coming I knew he would handle any problems we as with our AC system. If you are wondering if you should trust Lifetime, know you have great technicians like Tony that is just about able to solve any problem and will keep trying no what matter. What a nightmare. Lifetime Heating did faulty work replacing a gas fireplace. The service people were awful, it was not properly permitted as promised, the installation is very clearly faulty. They’ve made absolutely no attempt to remedy the situation. Plus all the Insulation was removed and never replaced so it’s very cold and drafty now. It sounds like a lot of fake reviews on here so be warned.

We are super impressed with Lifetime’s work! Mike came out and was incredibly thorough. He explained everything he did and even sent an email with photos and explanations. We have been with another company for the last 10 years and decided to switch to Lifetime after many recommendations. We were amazed at how much better Mike was then our last company. Loren did an amazing job replacing the pipes under all of our sinks! He got rid of the previous owner's sloppy DIY work, and finally gave us working, normal pipes, for a great price! He did everything super fast and quiet, and he managed to do it all working around our family's chaotic schedule. We would absolutely use Lifetime again for plumbing issues, and shout-out again in particular to Loren!

My duct and dryer vent cleaning was completed by Jesse Weddell today, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Dryer vent service and maintenance:We have a stackable W/D in a hallway closet on the second floor. The dryer gets hot, gives error codes and shuts off. We have had it serviced in the past but after today, I know we had the laziest, most unqualified, technicians just going through the motions.Today’s experience was much different. Our technician, Jesse, was polite, organized, prepared, thorough and confident in his tasks. He reviewed our complaints and explained his plans to assess the situation. Jesse kept us informed of his findings along the way, gave us recommendations and explained WHY in layman’s terms. He even had photos to show us the vents on the roof. Jesse was efficient, cleaned up after his work and was very personable, an absolute pleasure, which is so refreshing, and unfortunately rare these days.If you have any heating, cooling, ventilation, duct work, or DRYER issues, call this company and ask for Jesse 🙌🏼

Rob came in originally to install stove venting when we found out that there was an original venting that was in the house but built into the wall but was blocked due to hood vent cover opening and blocking the vent from being fully utilized. From a $3k job (plus $400 permit), we ended up paying ~$ 700 (permit was non-refundable) and saved a few hours of unnecessary new vent work. The vent is now quieter and gas is now exiting the house. Very good work and friendly individual.

We recently moved to the area and wanted to get a full assessment of the HVAC system done, get our ducts cleaned, along with servicing the AC unit and furnace. After looking at three service providers we selected LIFETIME Heating + Cooling + Electric. Jesse Waddel was our Service Technician. Been using lifetime for over 4 years now! We’ve used them for regular maintenance of our systems, cleanings of mini splits, and dryer vent cleanings. Every time they come out the technicians are so kind and helpful. Jesse recently came to do our regular maintenance. He was early (with permission of course), quick, friendly, and even helped walk me through how to replace my filters more regularly which was great! Also, shoutout to Callie at the front desk! Worked with Lifetime to replace heating system with a heatpump. I got six different quotes for the work and the Lifetime team was responsive and beat all of the other quotes. They also offer an annual maintenance plan so I get the maximum life out of the investment.Update on annual maintenance, Hugo did a great job. Everything is working well after 3 years.Jesse tackled a filtration upgrade and lifetime continues to provide great service.

We had Mark and Mike out to do maintenance on our AC, furnace and water heater. They were fantastic!! They were both very punctual, friendly, informative and efficient. They also kept the space clean and answered tons of questions. I appreciated the photos and reports they provided along with recommendations. They give good advice and are very low pressure as well. Hugo was fantastic. Quickly fixed the symptom but then also stayed to investigate and resolve root cause. Even showed me how to fix it again myself if same issue occurs in the future. Quick, efficient, and THOROUGH. Lifetime now has my business for all my HVAC needs.Returning customer now: Adding a shoutout to Zac and Alec! They installed a secondary return to our furnace and rerouted the primary (as the builder had installed the primary incorrectly). Our heating worked but the furnace was extremely loud to the point that you had to double the tv volume any time the unit kicked on. It’s whisper-quiet now and the whole house actually heats more evenly and efficiently. Thrilled with the service and professionalism. Lifetime now has my business for any service they offer.

We had to have our HVAC system pulled out of our garage, so the wall could be taken out behind it, then put back in... all while the cruise waited for new sheetrock to come in. Zach and Alec were the technicians that were designated for the job and they did a fantastic job. Not only interacting with us as owners and the other construction crews on site, but going the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect before they left. I give lifetime heating and cooling a big thumbs up for this and my service today was five star.

Had an issue with heat pump not working and freezing up. Lifetime HeatingTechnician specialist Tony Long came out and did a thorough review of the system and got the system up and running. Just had the best service experience with Lifetime. We had a buzzing coming from the furnace so we called Lifetime to see if they could come check it out. Alex was extremely helpful and got us scheduled same day. Mike came and checked it out, diagnosed the problem very quickly, provided me with options and was great to work with. He was very neat and clean and his workspace was very tidy. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend. Also, before he arrived I got an email saying he was on his way with his picture in it. When I opened the door Mike was in uniform and looked just like his picture. I felt very safe.

I had purchased a furnance and heat pump from another company and had nothing but issues with repairs, communication, no heat at times and them deciding 1/2 way through my warranty that they no longer were going to service my area. I reached out to Lifetime Heating and Cooling and I cannot say enough good stuff about this company. They sent Mike Underwood out to do my repairs (3xs he came out to my house). He is absolutely AMAZING!!!! He kept me informed on every step of repairs and on all costs. I will specifically try to request him for all other repairs or just maintenance checkups in the future. Lifetime you are lucky to have such a great technician like Mike working for you. I also want to mention the 2 electricians that came out (sorry forgot your names) very, very nice and Callie in the office(super sweet). I highly recommend Lifetime as they do amazing work, fair prices, and employee are great honest people.

We first came across Lifetime at the Monroe Home Show after talking to them with our daughter about having A/C installed in her house. The two men were very informative and actually remembered us and our daughter (very impressed). Early today we had Lifetimes Fireplace expert come over to the house to do a long needed maintenance inspection. He was very professional and easy to talk to, he went on to explain what the issue was (common issue apparently) and placed the order for the part. Hopefully they’ll be able to help out our daughter this spring.

Furnace sequencer was not working correctly due to wrong part from previous home install. Mike Underwood from Lifetime was able to order correct part and was able to install next day, which just happened to be Christmas Eve! Mike Underwood was very knowledgeable and helpful. Review Editing 12/29/2025:The heat pump / gas furnace Carrier product was installed 5 months ago and after getting the cooling issues we thought resolved we then had the heat pump stop working a month into colder weather. Mike came out and did due dilligence calling Carrier etc to get exact install/service specs to see why it was throwing codes. A month after getting the heating up and running again it has turned off again. Mike came out and got Carrier involved and they decided to replace the whole heat pump due to how much has been going on. So they do get "5 star" for their responsiveness as a company and their desire to "make things right" however we have yet to have an (expensive) purchase work consistently. That's the low star. There seems to have been incorrectly wired initially, then maybe a refrigerant leak etc. So maybe we just got a faulty unit. (but also, one installer and tech said it had to be wired a certain way to run as a variable unit and Mike did confirm that was incorrect per Carrier and fixed the wiring). The company is working on making it right and time will tell if putting a new unit in fixes the issue. I will update this review down the road when all has happened and months have passed to see if it's working. Lifetime has always responded quickly to the issues arising....just dont love that we are having so many issues on a brand new install job.August 2025 review:We were satisfied with our sales rep Justin and he was helpful in clearing up confusion about our heat pump /back up gas furnace they installed end of July (the Carrier one we purchased had multiple ways it could be set up depending on house set up). The few concerns we had were addressed promptly and we were really happy with Devon’s hard work to make sure everything was running the way it was supposed to. We definitely will be specifically requesting Devon for our ongoing maintenance (if that’s allowed to request a specific tech haha).

Had new heat pump installed, with location change requiring new electrical and refrigeration lines run. Great experience with lifetime from initial bid process through installation! Fair pricing, and great follow up was impressive. Their technicians were not only thorough but a pleasure. They explained everything as needed, very efficient, and very respectful of property both inside and out! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services.

Mike Underwood @ Lifetime HVAC serviced our system again. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. Last year he discovered the other Company system installers had failed to properly adjust the propane pressure after conversion from natural gas.Also, renewed the annual contract and set up a change to complimentary filters to the existing properly fitting and better MERV 11 that we prefer.The company 6 months ago replaced our worn out and leaking underhouse flexible ducts with solid galvanized ducts. Now better flow and no rodents. Excellent job.Very impressed with company and highly recommend them.

Thank you Devon.Original review: I needed a heat pump replacement at my house and I had 3 companies provided quotes. I chose Lifetime and I am so glad I did. The consultant Luis arrived on time, was very professional, knowledgeable, and understanding of my needs. He did not try to upsale, and he answered multiple questions I had on texts after the visit. They were able to accommodate my situation of no working HVAC and started the work day after I signed the contract. The installers Cory and Felix were very pleasant, courteous and professional, they kept me informed of the progress, they made sure everything was up and running and the setup meets the codes, and they cleaned up after themselves. I had multiple questions on billing, warranty, permit, and maintenance, and their office staff Alex and Renee were knowlegable, courteous, and very patient with me. I'm so impressed with Lifetime's staff and service that I signed up with their Diamond Club maintenance plan. I highly recommend Lifetime. I know I will call Lifetime if I ever have any need for other services they also provide.

Mike came to do a diagnostic check on my furnace and to replace my thermostat. He arrived on time and determined what needed to be done with the furnace. He also showed me the options I had for the thermostat and installed a new one.He was thorough and competent. Mike was also very pleasant to work with.

I got several quotes and LT was right on par, plus they were local. The guy that came out give me my quote (I'm so sorry, I forgot his name!) took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood everything. There was no pressure to purchase either.On the day of install, Nick & Cory showed up right on time and did the install with absolutely no problems or interruptions to me, as I was working from home that day. They cleaned everything up better than when they found it too!Highly recommend Lifetime!!

We've had a nightmare experience with this company. Since day one install the ducted AC shuts off power randomly. We have had them come out multiple times over the past the years and have gotten everything from lip service to we don't know what's wrong and you'll just have suffer in 90+ degree heat even though you paid 50k for air conditioning. We finally thought we had it solved with a new part a few weeks ago. But sadly, no. Same power off issue is happening. As for the mini splits on our second level, they have been even WORSE. So many different issues and super bad leaks, even the DAY after a supposed repair. We now have to replace the carpet, floorboards, and baseboards in 3 bedrooms. Plus the master unit never cools below 75 degrees. There's way more to the story but that's the summary. Stay far far away. These guys don't care (though they will pretend they do and take your money for repairs) and will leave you over a long weekend with no AC in 100+ degree weather after they take your money and run.

Mike Underwood came on short notice to give me a second opinion on my furnace. Another company had suggested to me that it was faulty. Mike was very thorough and what stood out to me, was that he took the time to explain to me everything he was doing including what the output of his tools were suggesting. I felt very reassured about my understanding of the state of my system and even learned a little about HVAC. Lifetime Heating is a company I would wholeheartedly recommend.

We had such a great experience with this HVAC company! Clint came out to do our estimates and was very professional and detailed. Hugo serviced our furnace and made sure everything was in top shape. Nick handled all of the work we needed, and you can tell he’s passionate about what he does—he explained everything clearly and took pride in making sure the job was done right. A special thanks to Darrick, the owner, who went above and beyond to pull some strings so the team could help us even though we were outside of their normal service area. It’s rare to find a company that truly cares about their customers and the quality of their work. We’ll absolutely be recommending them to others!
