“Our water heater was leaking badly, Renne who works at office was very kind and helpful, efficient, communicative and helped us arranged installing the new install the new water heater on the same day as I wished during my break on my busy day. She has such great energy to talk to and work with. The technicians Nick and Daniel came on time, professional, efficient polite, they both did very good job. We have been their client for many years, it is best company we ever work with. They are reliable and honest company with skillful technicians and great people work at office as well.”

“Just want you all to know what a great experience we have had with Lifetime Heating, Cooling, & Electric. From our very first inquiry to set an appointment for someone to come look at our needs to the completion of the install exceeded our expectations. Bobby took a look at what we had and wanted and was able to quickly give us a quote that we were happy with. We wanted prices on two things First to replace our 10-year-old water tank and help find a way to get hot water to the farthest rooms of our home faster. We love it and we no longer have to run the faucets for five minutes to get hot water! Yes! Love it!
Next, we wanted a price on the best way to cool our home during the heat and smoky times. We liked Bobby’s solutions and are very happy. All the install was on time and Technicians Mark, Angel, Nick B., Marcus, and Nick S. did a great job. They were on time, courteous, and cleaned up everything. GREAT JOB! He was knowledgeable and friendly, and he made sure all our questions got answered and that we were taken care of. “Brian came out to provide quote for new furnace and did a follow up phone call and visit to measure for installation. He was easy to work with, gave clear explanations and when there was a problem with the work order and install, he provided good follow up.
Nick and Jovani were our installers. Our work order was not quite right and Nick was quick to apologize and jumped in to figure it out. They added a much needed register to our bedroom and the installation was done professionally. Work order wrap-up was great as was clean-up from the job.
When our furnace closet door didn’t close right due to bigger size of new furnace (causing closet door to pop off its hinges), Nick came back out and provided a nice solution by making a new (custom) sheet metal face plate to our furnace which sits flat to furnace allowing door to now open /close with ease. Clever solution done on the spot!
In summary, despite a couple bumps in the road (human error on the work order – no fault of Brian’s or our installers Nick and Jovani), we now have a new gas furnace that is working great and with new register in our bedroom, the heat distribution in the house is now markedly improved! Would use this company again.”

“Travis M. came out to my house to fix a broken air conditioning unit. He was able to diagnose the problem by going through each potential situation for why it wasn’t working. He found the problem and fixed it and was able to also replace a part that was worn and would have been another problem for us down the road. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I have had this company come out three times over the last 2 years and each time the service staff is great.”
