“I have been consistently impressed by the communication and professionalism that I've experienced each time I've dealt with Lifetime. During the initial sale, Justin was kind and eager to get me set up with what I wanted, without feeling pushy. He was able to explain basic pros/cons to install locations, which was readily accepted. During the most recent heat wave, my home's system shutdown. The website's scheduling system was easy to use and I recieved a call back, promptly. Cody was able to come on-site same day to provide diagnosis. He performed great troubleshooting in the field and listened to my own pre-work troubleshooting, respectfully. He got the unit back online same-day and was clear on cost after diagnosis, before he performed the repair. Thank you, Cody! Systems are never perfect, but having this service team behind my system to rely on, gives me faith downtime will be minimal.”

“I just wanted to say my experience with your technician Scott Arndt was outstanding. He was super professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He spent time explaining the issues with my heat pump and answering my follow-up questions. He was very thorough with the heat pump diagnosis. When I requested an itemized break down of the service costs Scott spent the time to review each step and why it was required. I also asked for a cost breakdown of a new comparable heat pump and he took the time to contact his office and get the information needed for the quote. This allowed me to make an informed decision about the direction I wanted to go (repair or new).

“The system lifetime installed was serviced in March of this year. It had a minor issue that the tech repaired. He also added a surge protector. He explained to my wife that we could save money by getting the maintenance agreement. She called me at work to have him explain it. NEVER did he say it was $30 a month to my wife or myself. Instead he made it sound like it was just $25 and a discount on the work he did. Now, we find out that they are charging our account $30 a month. If we want to cancel, we have to pay back the discount amount. We didn't get a copy of the invoice until today. It does not state what the monthly fee is. I will cancel this at 6 months and not owe a dime . I'd be willing to bet the tech gets a spiff for selling this. Hell of a way to do business. I'll never use Lifetime again”

“Im at LkGoodwin. Due to regulations I had to have my unit installed on the wall. There were several attempts to resolve the vibration that caused extreme noise. They never gave up and eventually fixed the problem. Now the noise is what is expected and explained to us as. The noise is increased for a bit until the compressor kicks in, completely within a normal range. It was keeping me up and night and now when I hear the soft 'hum' vibration I'm so grateful they were able to resolve just how bad it was before. We're completely happy with all the units installed. During this problem solving time all the people we worked with were polite, professional, caring and sympathetic. We referred them to my Mother in Law who had the same things to say about their professionalism. It was a hard case and they were amazing at working with us to fix it. I can be sensitive to vendors speaking to my husband with respect and dismissive to me as a 'wife'. From the very 1st meeting they responded to me with the same respect. I just can't say enough how they turned a nightmare into a positive experience.”

Adam showed up right on time Monday morning and was awesome! I have to admit my equipment hadn't been cleaned or inspected for over two years, and needed deep cleaning on all internal parts. Adam clearly explained my options, and pros/cons of getting the work done or not. So glad we took his advice! He is very knowledgeable and professional. He showed us the parts that were impacting performance of our system. Yikes! They were filthy! Adam was also really friendly, and took great care of us, and loved on our senior dog, too! “Mr. Cody Bryant came for our repair service call on Friday November 24th to check our water heater. I could not keep the pilot light on. He patiently tried to keep it on, then cleaned the system. When nothing worked, we discussed several options with him and finally decided to get the water heater replaced by Lifetime heating as soon as possible. Cody was very pleasant and patient throughout the time. The heater is to be replaced on Tuesday 28th morning.”

“I came home from Thanksgiving to a cold house – my gas furnace wasn’t working! I called Lifetime that night and was able set an appointment the following evening. The amazing Tony kept me posted on his arrival time and immediately started troubleshooting. He took the furnace apart, cleaned it thoroughly and was able to diagnose the problem. Although he didn’t have the replacement part on his truck he came back the following business day to restore heat to my home.

Tony was incredible. His sincerity and concern was immediately evident and I knew I could trust him to do me right. His pride in workmanship was shown over and over again and he didn’t leave until it was right. I can completely recommend Tony and Lifetime to anyone who needs repairs of their appliances. And I also want to thank Rudy for his care, allowing Tony to do what he did to restore heat to my home. I am totally grateful.”

“I wanted to give a huge shout-out for Lifetime Heating, Cooling & Electric. The whole team was stellar throughout the entire process. I scheduled a relatively routine service on our HVAC system and ended up needing a full replacement. Their Sales Rep, Justin, was fantastic, informative, and not pushy in any way. This was way more than I wanted to spend, so after quite a while of deciding to pull the trigger, I finally did, he then continued and succeeded in finding me more savings. He got me scheduled ASAP.

Saul and Felix were great with the install. We unfortunately ran into issues with my electrical system. They had electricians on hand, Mark and Alex, who promptly were able to find a solution to the problem letting the installers finish the job. I trusted them to finish the job while we were out of town. Coming home to a very new and working system was a great feeling.

Thank you, Justing, Saul, Felix, Mark, and Alex! It’s not fun spending money when it’s not planned, but you all made it as pain-free as possible.”

“Just want you all to know what a great experience we have had with Lifetime Heating, Cooling, & Electric. From our very first inquiry to set an appointment for someone to come look at our needs to the completion of the install exceeded our expectations. Bobby took a look at what we had and wanted and was able to quickly give us a quote that we were happy with. We wanted prices on two things First to replace our 10-year-old water tank and help find a way to get hot water to the farthest rooms of our home faster. We love it and we no longer have to run the faucets for five minutes to get hot water! Yes! Love it!
Next, we wanted a price on the best way to cool our home during the heat and smoky times. We liked Bobby’s solutions and are very happy. “Brian came out to provide quote for new furnace and did a follow up phone call and visit to measure for installation. He was easy to work with, gave clear explanations and when there was a problem with the work order and install, he provided good follow up.

Nick and Jovani were our installers. Our work order was not quite right and Nick was quick to apologize and jumped in to figure it out. They added a much needed register to our bedroom and the installation was done professionally. Work order wrap-up was great as was clean-up from the job.

When our furnace closet door didn’t close right due to bigger size of new furnace (causing closet door to pop off its hinges), Nick came back out and provided a nice solution by making a new (custom) sheet metal face plate to our furnace which sits flat to furnace allowing door to now open /close with ease. Clever solution done on the spot!

In summary, despite a couple bumps in the road (human error on the work order – no fault of Brian’s or our installers Nick and Jovani), we now have a new gas furnace that is working great and with new register in our bedroom, the heat distribution in the house is now markedly improved! Would use this company again.”

“Lifetime was a lifesaver and seeing how they went above and beyond for me, I feel an equally amazing review is the least I can do.

The TLDR backstory: I have a 4 ton Rheem heat pump unit that has been nothing but problems over the first 5 years. From sensors, fan motors, and reversing valves, this thing was a frankenstien unit. All parts were covered under warranty, but I was getting the feeling this unit was just a lemon. The last straw was that the condenser finally failed and this is where Lifetime really stepped up.

I had a month left on my 5 year warranty and I wasn’t feeling great about A) having to replace this critical component this early in the units lifetime and B) the cost to evac, replace, and recharge was just about as much as a new unit! Lifetime got on the phone and relentlessly tried to get a Rheem Rep to deem the unit bogus and replace the whole thing. Lifetime also did a great job cutting and weighing all my options from a HVAC perspective and from my wallet’s perspective. They recommended a new unit, as replacing the compresson didn’t eliminate the possibility of this unit dying a week later with another problem. Rheem stepped up as well and replaced the unit and Lifetime did a great job with the install.

Shout out to Rudy for chasing Rheem down and putting together options for me, Allie for coordinating, and Nate + Derrick for doing the hard work of the install and identifying the problem.

As an additional note, they also made right a repair that took two visits and was a misdiagnosis between temp sensor vs. temp sensor board and only charged the board replacement. The point is, they made it right without question or a battle and earned my business for life(time)! It would have been easier to just tell me to take a hike and it is what it is, but they didn’t and they did the right thing as a business and was rewarded with a reinstall and my future maintenance needs!”

I like that photos were provided and I trusted him when he pointed out an issue that should be watched for future possible repair/replacement but was currently fine.
All in all, a satisfactory experience hiring them to service our furnace. We’ll call them again for next time!”

“Used Lifetime again January 19, 2023 for the annual heat pump maintenance we’ve set up with Lifetime. David Mendoza was the technician who came out to do this maintenance on our Mitsubishi Electric ductless heat pump (MSZ-GE24NA).
We couldn’t be happier with the careful and meticulous work David performed on the entire heat pump, which included the wall unit inside our home and the pump unit outside. David is a very professional and conscientious worker. He explained everything he was doing. He even suggested we let him install an inexpensive power surge protector to protect the heat pump in case it’s subjected to a damaging power surge. (The cost to replace a damaged electronics board from such an event could be close to $2000!)”
